Our new home, Bottle Brush features six 1-bedroom Robust villas located in the heart of Blacktown, NSW. Scheduled for completion Q2 2024, Bottle Brush offers comfort, independence and peace of mind for all tenants.
Bottle Brush has been mindfully designed and curated under the SDA Robust design category, and can be customised to suit each tenants' individual needs (with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenants’ funding).

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for Robust Design Category.
Eligibility: To apply for Bottle Brush, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA Robust eligibility.
