Our new home, Dove Tree features four 1-bedroom Robust villas located in the Melbourne suburb of Doveton. Scheduled for completion April 2024, Dove Tree offers comfort, independence and peace of mind for all tenants.
Dove Tree has been mindfully designed and curated under the SDA Robust design category, and can be customised to suit each tenants' individual needs, with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenants’ funding.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for Robust Design Category.
Eligibility: To apply for Dove Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA Robust eligibility.
