Genevieve Nehme

Genevieve Nehme

Business Support Coordinator

With a strong background in SDA operations and participant transitions, Genevieve Nehme brings both care and coordination to her role as Good Housing’s Business Support Coordinator. Since joining Good Housing in 2022, she has supported tenant enquiries, participant transitions and operational processes, with a focus on creating positive outcomes for people moving into SDA homes. Genevieve is currently completing her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting, and brings valuable skills across business support, reporting, reconciliation and process improvement. She was drawn to the disability sector through lived experience, which has shaped her understanding of the difference that the right home and support can make in someone’s life.

Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys training at the gym, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.  

Corey Kavanagh

Corey Kavanagh

Development Manager

Corey Kavanagh brings a strong mix of development knowledge, coordination and commercial insight to his role as Development Manager at Good Housing. With experience across consultant management, stakeholder engagement and development approvals, Corey supports projects from early feasibility through to construction delivery. His background in property development, combined with a degree in Finance and Banking, gives him a practical and analytical approach to delivering high-quality housing outcomes. Corey was drawn to the disability sector by the opportunity to apply his skills in a way that creates meaningful social impact and helps address the need for more purpose-built housing.

Outside of work, Corey enjoys soccer, golf, surfing, tennis and fitting in a lunchtime gym session where he can.

Daniela Maroun

Business Process & Communications Specialist

Daniela Maroun brings a thoughtful mix of strategy, creativity, and purpose to her role as Good Housing’s Business Process & Communications Specialist. With a background spanning copywriting, content production, editorial, publishing, and creative consulting, she supports the organisation through clear communication, strong process development, and meaningful storytelling. Daniela is passionate about creating work that is both people-centred and impactful, helping ensure the voices, experiences and outcomes within Good Housing are shared with empathy and purpose. Her connection to the disability sector is also deeply personal, which has shaped her strong commitment to inclusion, dignity, and meaningful outcomes

Outside of work, Daniela enjoys writing, psychology, film, design, photography and travel, and values mindfulness and meditation as part of her everyday life.  

Marco Graiche

Design Coordinator

Marco Graiche is Good Housing’s Design Coordinator, working across the early stages of project delivery to support initial design, consultant coordination and preparing homes for construction. With a background in property and experience in sourcing, feasibilities and design planning, Marco enjoys helping shape new SDA homes from the ground up. He is passionate about creating homes that people are proud of and feel happy living in. Marco was drawn to the disability sector through both his interest in development and his personal connection to disability within his family. 

Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, football, and going for a drive.

Melissa Burley

Marketing Manager

Melissa Burley brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity and sector experience to her role as Marketing Manager at Good Housing. With a background spanning business development, marketing and project management across the disability and property sectors, Melissa has built a career around connecting people with housing outcomes that are both purposeful and people-centred.

Her experience in Specialist Disability Accommodation gives her a strong understanding of the sector, allowing her to create marketing and communications that are thoughtful, informed and grounded in real impact. Melissa is passionate about telling meaningful stories, building strong stakeholder relationships and helping grow brand awareness in a way that reflects the values of Good Housing.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, discovering wineries, trying new food spots with friends, and unwinding with her friends and family at Phillip Island

Joe Amato

Joe Amato

Design Manager

With a strong background in residential design and technical documentation, Joe Amato brings a thoughtful and practical approach to his role as Good Housing’s Design Manager. His experience spans more than a decade in design-focused roles, with expertise in Revit, CAD software, 3D modelling and construction detailing. Joe is passionate about creating homes that are warm, functional and visually harmonious, with every element working together to support the people who live there. Drawn to the disability sector through a desire for purposeful work and a new career challenge, he values being part of a team where he is constantly learning and contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys travelling, hiking, paddle boarding, going to the beach and spending time outdoors.

Rory Macleod

Senior Project Manager

Rory MacLeod is Good Housing’s Senior Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in architecture and project delivery across Australia and the UK. With a background spanning education, medical, industrial, retail and government projects, Rory is passionate about delivering high-quality homes that are thoughtfully designed and built to improve a person's quality of life. He was drawn to the disability sector by a desire to use his skills in a more meaningful way and contribute to outcomes he can be proud of. Rory values working alongside builders, project teams and colleagues who genuinely care about making a difference.

Outside of work, Rory is a certified Dive Master and is always up for an underwater adventure. When he’s back on dry land, he enjoys off-grid camping with his family, hiking and snowboarding.

Stacey Hutchins

Head of Tenant Empowerment & SDA, VIC

Stacey Hutchins brings a strong people-first approach to her role as Head of Tenant Empowerment & SDA, VIC, with a career built around advocacy, relationship building and improving outcomes for others. Beginning her career as a support worker, Stacey has grown her experience across intake, rostering, business development, and leadership roles across the disability sector in both the UK and Australia. Stacey is passionate about challenging the status quo, improving processes, and helping ensure every person feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their housing journey. She is especially driven by the opportunity to reshape perceptions of SDA and champion outcomes that go beyond bricks and mortar. 

Outside of work, Stacey loves spending time with her husband and daughter, catching up with friends, going to the gym, visiting wineries and singing for her heart out for enjoyment. 

Kate Robertson

Tenant Empowerment Manager, VIC

Kate Robertson brings a strong mix of relationship building, operational knowledge and NDIS experience to her role as Tenant Empowerment Manager at Good Housing. With more than 12 years of experience across support coordination, plan management, care management and business development, Kate offers a well-rounded understanding of the sector and a genuine passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes. She is known for her people-first approach, practical problem solving and commitment to doing things the right way, with a strong foundation in process, compliance and governance. Kate was drawn to the disability sector by the opportunity to combine meaningful connection with real impact in people’s lives. 

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, exploring Australia in her caravan, spending time with her family and two border terriers, Mack and Harley, and making the most of good food and wine.

Isabella de Lange brings a wealth of experience, leadership and operational expertise to her role as Property & Maintenance Coordinator VIC at Good Housing. With a diverse career spanning strategy, operations, risk management and business development across multiple industries, Isabella offers a strong and practical approach to delivering high-quality housing outcomes. She is passionate about operational excellence, responsive service and building strong relationships that support positive experiences for the people Good Housing works with. Drawn to the disability sector by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Isabella is committed to helping create homes that are safe, empowering and genuinely support independence and dignity.

SDA Property & Maintenance Manager, Victoria

For Shelley Compton, creating a good home is about making sure people feel safe, comfortable and truly at home. As Property & Maintenance Manager, she brings more than 20 years of experience across the disability sector, including frontline support, tenancy management, SIL operations and SDA housing. Shelley is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach and her passion for delivering positive, person-centred outcomes. With lived experience shaping her connection to the sector, she cares deeply about creating environments where people can thrive.

When she’s not at work, Shelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a hands-on mum and nanny, and getting creative through baking, cake decorating, cooking and making personalised items with her Cricut machine.

Rebecca Bristow

Tenant Empowerment Manager, VIC

Rebecca joins the team with over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, bringing deep passion, practical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to supporting people with disability. Her career has included roles as a Local Area Coordinator and managing Supported Independent Living programs for individuals with complex needs.

Rebecca is driven to help break down the barriers that people with disability face in living the lives they want to live. She is known for her logical approach to problem‑solving, her ability to work collaboratively within a team, and her friendly, helpful nature.

In her role, Rebecca is especially looking forward to supporting people as they move into their new homes and begin the next chapter of their lives.

Fun fact: Rebecca has recently taken up making sourdough bread at home - a hobby that has quickly become both a science experiment and a delicious obsession.

NSW Team Leader Tenant Empowerment

Nicole  brings warmth, empathy and a genuinely people-first approach to her role as Head of Tenant Empowerment, NSW at Good Housing. With experience across administration, support coordination and operations, she has developed a strong understanding of the housing and support journey and what it truly means for the people trying to navigate it.

Nicole cares deeply about making sure people feel heard, respected and supported. She is passionate about helping individuals build confidence and independence, and takes pride in creating positive, meaningful outcomes that make a real difference in people’s lives. She is known for her approachable nature, strong communication and the trusted relationships she builds with those around her.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mum to her three boys. She loves spending time with her family, reading, hiking, going on road trips, cooking and giving back through community food runs.

SDA Property & Maintenance Manager, NSW

For Suzie, property and maintenance is about more than keeping homes running well - it’s about making sure people feel supported, safe and seen in the place they live. As Good Housing’s Property & Maintenance Manager NSW, Suzie brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, tenancy management, social housing and maintenance coordination. She is highly skilled in problem solving, relationship building and overseeing repairs and upkeep to ensure homes remain functional and well cared for. Suzie’s connection to the disability sector is deeply personal, shaped by her experience supporting her mum after she became a wheelchair user, and seeing firsthand how much an accessible home can impact quality of life. 

Outside of work, Suzie enjoys photography, planning holidays, listening to music and spending time with her fur babies.
