Located in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, Jasmine comprises two stylishly designed, smart and healthy 2-resident shared villas. These villas are meticulously crafted to cater to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all tenants, providing them with independence, comfort, and tranquility.
Scheduled for completion Q2 2024, these villas are specifically designed to meet the requirements of High Physical Support (HPS) participants.
Dwellings offer customisation options to suit each tenant's individual needs, including the possibility of incorporating additional assistive technology modifications based on their funding arrangements. Jasmine will host four tenants in total.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) Design Category.
Eligibility: To apply for Jasmine, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) eligibility.
