Rent Cost: The SDA Funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the “Reasonable Rent Contribution” which is 25% percent of the basic rate of the Disability Support Pension, 25% of the Disability Support Pension Supplement and 100% of the standard maximum fortnightly rate for Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
Eligibility: People will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Fully Accessible (FA) or Improved Liveability (IL) eligibility.
