In addition, tenants will pay the “Reasonable Rent Contribution” which is 25% percent of the basic rate of the Disability Support Pension, 25% of the Disability Support Pension Supplement and 100% of the standard maximum fortnightly rate for Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
