NSW. Boasting stylish, modern interiors, and the latest in smart and accessible features and technology, Oak Tree has been designed to support comfort, security and independent living. Oak Tree comprises a 2-resident house and an adjacent 1-bedroom independent villa, meticulously crafted to cater to the unique physical requirements of our residents.
Both accommodations are equipped with spacious doorways, pathways and high circulation space to accommodate individuals using wheelchairs. Oak Tree's kitchens are fitted with customisable cabinetry, with scope for additional accessibility modifications to be made within tenants' funding. All bathrooms are fully accessible, and equipped with underfloor heating.
Additionally, these dwellings are equipped with provision for hoists, grab rails, and intelligent technology enabling control over lighting, doors, and blinds.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) and Fully Accessible (FA) Design Categories.
Eligibility: To apply for Oak Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
