Each modern villa is thoughtfully designed and styles for accessibility, catering specifically to individuals with High Physical Support (HPS) needs. With wide doorways, adjustable benches, and private en-suite bathrooms, Red Robin prioritises enhanced physical access and independence.
Red Robin offers comfort, independence and peace of mind for all tenants, with both private (private, independent villas) and shared living options (private bedroom in 2-resident house) available to suit tenants' preference.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL) and Fully Accessible (FA) Design Categories.
Eligibility: To apply for Apple Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL), or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
