Details
Rent Cost: The SDA Funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the “Reasonable Rent Contribution” which is 25% percent of the basic rate of the Disability Support Pension, 25% of the Disability Support Pension Supplement and 100% of the standard maximum fortnightly rate for Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) and Improved Liveability (IL) Design Categories.
Eligibility: To apply for Apple Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL), or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
