She has built her career leading within complex, people-focused environments, with a strong ability to align vision with execution and deliver outcomes that are both sustainable and meaningful. Her experience across disability services, stakeholder engagement, governance and compliance allows her to navigate complexity while ensuring people remain at the centre of every decision.

Kristy plays a central role in guiding Good Housing through growth and transformation, helping shape a service model that brings together housing, care, operational excellence and long-term lasting impact. Her connection to the disability sector is deeply personal, having experienced chronic illness herself and being cared for during that time. That experience ignited a passion to give back and support others in a meaningful way and ultimately shaped the career she has built today. For Kristy, some of the most meaningful moments in her professional journey have come from helping people with disability and their families achieve greater independence, dignity and opportunity. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and watching sport.
