Sam Graiche is a Board Member and Co-Founder of Good Housing, with more than three decades of experience in development, construction and project leadership. His career has been defined by a commitment to delivering practical, high-quality and enduring housing solutions, supported by deep expertise in procurement, compliance, value engineering and risk management. With qualifications in Construction Economics and Property Development, Sam brings a strong commercial lens to the Board, alongside extensive experience guiding projects from concept through to completion.

For Sam, Good Housing is grounded in both expertise and personal purpose. Alongside his professional background, his connection to the disability sector is shaped by lived experience within his family, giving him a deeper understanding of the role housing can play in dignity, independence and everyday quality of life. That perspective continues to guide his contribution as Co-Founder and Board Member, with a focus on ensuring Good Housing delivers homes that are not only well designed and financially sustainable, but genuinely meaningful for the people who live in them.

Outside of his professional work, he has a strong interest in design, construction innovation, and creating practical solutions to complex challenges.
