About the vacancy: This vacancy is for a spacious, private bedroom in a modern, accessible SDA house shared with one other friendly tenant. You’ll enjoy a common living area, kitchen, laundry, patio, garden, and accessible Jack and Jill bathroom.
This setup allows you to maintain your independence while forging connections with like-minded individuals and becoming part of the vibrant and welcoming Hornsby community.
Applicant considerations: This SDA dwelling is ideal for individuals who cherish independence but value companionship. Enjoy privacy in your own bedroom while sharing indoor and outdoor spaces and facilities with a friendly housemate. It’s the perfect blend of personal space and social interaction, tailored to suit your needs and preferences.
Meet your future housemate: Currently, this house is shared with a gentle, friendly male tenant in his late 60s. He communicates nonverbally but understands both English and Mandarin.
