Feature: Welcome Macadamia and Murraya

Welcome two new SDA homes to the Good Housing portfolio: Macadamia and Murraya, Macquarie Fields.

We're thrilled to announce the build of not one but two new SDA homes in Sydney's Campbelltown region, designed to provide a unique, purpose-built set-up for those with extreme physical disability and high support needs, while fostering independence and security for tenants and their families.

Both Macquarie Fields projects, Macadamia and Murraya, are located close to local amenities in the heart of Campbelltown. Each offers a suite of two 1-bedroom villas (designed for High Physical Support tenants) and an adjoining 2-resident house (designed for Fully Accessible tenants).

All Good Housing dwellings are built with a range of features including full wheelchair accessibility, rigorous safety features, AI-integrated security systems and a carer’s room with separate bathroom facilities. Residences are open to adults 18–64 years of age and include 24-hour access to a Supported Independent Living (SIL) representative located on-site.

Designed to foster independence and safety, Good Housing customises its homes to meet the needs of the individual. Each community provides both independent villas and shared living options, which are designed to naturally integrate with common areas for social interaction. Furthermore, each villa is custom designed to suit different levels of need, including fully equipped kitchens and serviced by the latest assistive and smart technology.

Founded by Sam Graiche and Antony Anisse in 2019, Good Housing was born out of a family need for specialist disability housing. Today, it is Australia’s only SDA Provider to develop, build and operate, with the unrivalled ability to deliver tenant-centric homes and maintain sustainable living standards for all tenants due to its ongoing management of all properties.

The future looks bright, with Good Housing looking to build around 300 homes across Australia over the next five years, offering families relief by providing NDIS registered disability accommodation that radically improves the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of residents.

Macadamia and Murraya are both scheduled for completion in April 2023. Good Housing invites all SDA participants and support representatives to apply for available tenancies by enquiring now or calling us on 02 8077 1110.
